Data and Digital Economy Law Course for Legal and Industry Practitioners
This 23-hour programme is specifically for candidates sitting for the Specialist Accreditation Scheme examination. The programme is also open to audit.
Covering topics traversing the Data and Digital Economy landscape, participants can look forward to expert instruction by respected practitioners in the field and become familiar with or gain greater understanding of this expansive practice area at the end of the programme.
As this is not a basic course, participants should have at least 5 years of Data and Digital Economy Law/TMT practice experience. Non-legal professionals from the tech industry may also register but they should have a good foundation in this area of law, for example, by having attended executive TMT law courses. Participants are expected to be familiar with the basic concepts including governing laws and regulations.
